The formal stuff

I was delighted recently that my Executive Fellow of the Henley Business School was renewed. I also hold the Henley Business School Coaching Certificate, alongside the Coach Specific Training for NLP Master Practitioners from The Beyond Partnership (AP and ICF recognised).

As well as my on-the-job experience, I am a firm believer in undertaking professional development for myself.  I think it is important to practice what I preach. Each year I undertake some form of development e.g. a programme of development, individual one-off events and/or personal coaching.

I have attended many management development programmes on a variety of subjects, too many to list here so I have highlighted some of the key ones (all certificated):

  • Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (Advanced Neuro Dynamics)
  • Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Progamming, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy ( The Performance Partnership)
  • Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (Sue Knight Associates)
  • Certified Consultant/Trainer in Language and Behaviour Profile (Success Strategies)
  • Saville and Holdsworth Occupational Testing Certificate
  • Cultural Awareness Programme developed by Fons Trompenaars
